Spicy foods have traditionally been linked to various health benefits and along with that, those foods are also addictive and lip-smacking. So, if you are a fan of spicy foods, these teatime snacks will provide you with both flavour and various nutritional benefits.
Cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil are combined to make spicy roasted chickpeas. Bake until golden brown.
Combine soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame seeds with boiling edamame pods until they become soft. Enjoy right away.
Sliced tomatoes, minced cilantro, and low-fat cream cheese are combined to make a stuffing for stuffed jalapeño peppers after the seeds are removed. Bake the peppers until they are soft.
Avocado, sliced onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, lime juice, and a dash of cayenne pepper are mashed together to make a spicy guacamole that goes well with veggie sticks. Add carrot sticks, cucumber, and sliced bell peppers to the plate and enjoy.
Stir together canned tuna, chopped celery, sriracha, and a small amount of Greek yoghurt to make spicy tuna lettuce wraps. For a light and spicy snack, spoon the mixture over lettuce leaves and roll them up.
Mix together nuts, lime zest, and a little salt. Toss to coat. Roast until crispy and aromatic in the oven.
