In this the shredded boiled chicken and mixed in pesto sauce and are spread along the bread. Tomato slices and baby spinach topped the spread and sliced mozzarella cheese are added.

Mashed boiled eggs are combined with diced avocado, celery, onions and are mixed with yoghurt and spread over the bread to create the sandwich.
