Pink-coloured beetroot idli can be made by adding finely grated beetroot to the idli batter.
Mix grated or boiled beetroot into your bowl of curd and enjoy a healthier meal.
Just add chopped slices of crunchy and nutritious beetroot to your bowl of greens and have a light meal.
For a healthy snack, you can mix boiled beetroot with mashed potatoes and shallow fry to make tikki.
