A weekend is the perfect time to indulge in cheesy finger foods that not only satisfy hunger but also cater to your cravings for fat. Most of these snacks are easy to cook at home, so you don’t have to worry if guests come unannounced.
Saute chopped vegetables and stuff them inside clean button mushrooms. Top every piece with grated cheese, bake and dig in.
Take slices of bread with edges removed, roll them to soften, and wrap them around a cheese stick. Shallow fry the stick until the bread turns golden brown.
Blend nuts, herbs, and spices. Add some milk, semolina, and rice flour. Once the mixture binds, add small blocks of cheese, and deep-fry.
Deep-fry potatoes stick them until they are crispy and top them with melted cheese, mayonnaise, and peri-peri masala.
If you like cheesy and fiery foods, stuffed jalapenos with cheese sticks and bake them. These delights are perfect to pair with aerated drinks.
Nothing says comfort as much as grilled cheese sandwiches. Don’t forget to layer cheese and protein in the sandwich.
