This aromatic biryani is the most popular and is sprinkled with kewda, rose water and saffron.
Straight from Lucknow, the technique used in preparing the dish brings the right amount of flavours of chicken, rice and spices.
Originally from Tamil Nadu, this is prepared in dried chilli paste and whole spices, with brinjal masala as the side dish.
