Water With Baking Soda

Baking soda is alkaline in nature and can be added to water to adjust its pH value. In 250 mL of water, add a teaspoon of baking soda and drink a glass of it every day.

Water With Cucumber

Cucumber can also be used to make alkaline water at home. In 2 L of water, add a thinly sliced cucumber and refrigerate it for a couple of hours.

Water With Lemon

When your kitchen has a stock of lemons, you can make alkaline water with them. In 250 mL of water, squeeze the juice of half a lemon, and add two slices to it. Rest and drink it.

Slice a quarter of pineapple and add it to a litre of water. Add some crushed leaves to the beverage and let it rest for 2 hours. Enjoy the drink throughout the day.
