Coriander leaves have versatile use in the kitchen pantry. It can be added as a garnish in curries or taken as a condiment like coriander chutney. Coriander leaves are bought in bulk from the market and it becomes difficult to store them even if they are kept in the fridge. Take a look at how to store coriander leaves fresh in the fridge:

After bringing the coriander leaves from the market, wash them nicely and remove the water using a strainer. Sun dry it till all the water dried up. Spread a tissue in the airtight box and keep the coriander leaves in it.

Put the coriander leaves in reusable plastic bag or zip lock bags. Close it tightly and make sure there is no water in the plastic bag.

Clean the coriander leaves of the weeds and grasses, cut the roots, wash them and spread them on the table. Dry it and put it in the airtight container.

Often idli and dosa comes in pouch which can be used in reused to keep coriander leaves. Cut the stems and put it in the reusable pouch.
