Planning to make dosa? Follow these tips.
Always soak rice and urad dal for the batter in the ratio of 4:1 and make sure the batter has a coarse texture.
Add some puffed rice while making the batter to make your dosa crispier.
Heat the dosa pan properly before pouring the batter to prevent it from sticking.
Always use airtight plastic or ceramic container to store dosa batter as it stays good in them for a longer period.
In order to make your dosa crispy always cook in low flame.
