Bread Poha is a simple yet flavourful snack made by tossing bread pieces with spices and veggies. It is the easiest way to prepare a quick and delicious breakfast or snack with leftover bread.
4 slices of bread 1 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1 finely chopped onion 1/2 tsp turmeric powder Salt, green chilli, coriander, and lemon juice (as needed)
Heat some oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter
Saute onions and green chilli until they get soft, then add some turmeric.
Toss in chopped bread pieces, add salt and mix gently.
Cook for 2 minutes and keep stirring.
Garnish with coriander and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
