Monsoons in India bring a craving for warm, comforting snacks with hot chai, that complement the rainy weather.

Bhajias are similar to pakoras but can include a variety of vegetables like eggplant, cauliflower, and sweet potatoes, all dipped in a spiced gram flour batter and deep-fried.
