2 medium-sized beetroots, washed and peeled 2 carrots, washed and peeled 1 medium-sized apple, washed and cored 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled Juice of 1 lemon 1-2 cups of water
Start by peeling and chopping two medium beetroots, two carrots, one medium apple, and a one-inch piece of ginger.
Toss these ingredients into a blender along with the juice of one lemon and one to two cups of water, depending on your desired consistency.
Blend until smooth, then strain if you prefer a silkier texture and you are done.
