Experience the joy of making a Bundt cake, a timeless delicacy that is as beautiful as it is tasty. Any party or event would be incomplete without a Bundt cake, with its distinctive ring form and delicious texture.
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 2 cups granulated sugar 4 large eggs 1 cup sour cream ¼ cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a Bundt pan thoroughly. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the sour cream, milk, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, dust the Bundt cake with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze if desired. Slice and serve to enjoy the deliciousness of your homemade Bundt cake.
