5 Simple Steps To Make Fruit Salad

Fruits are one of the best sources of nutrients for our body. They not only keep us healthy and satiated, they are very delicious too. Let us see a simple recipe to make healthy fruit salad.

Step 1

Take fruits of your choice and wash them properly. Sometimes, fruits peels have preservatives that are harmful, so washing them carefully is very important.

Step 2

Chop all the different fruits and pour them in a mixing bowl. Remember to not chop smaller fruits like grapes and berries. Also, the chopped fruits should be of similar size.

Step 3

For the dressing, mix 1 tablespoon lemon juice, honey and some orange juice together in a small bowl.

Step 4

Now, add the dressing to the bowl filled with fruits and mix it well. Alternatively, a whipped cream dressing can be used instead of lemon and orange.

Step 5

Keep the bowl of fruit salad in the freezer to chill for a couple of hours. You can serve the salad with pepper, rock salt or eat it without seasoning.
