Punjabi snacks are much more than elaborate chicken tikka and paneer tikka. If you are looking for some quick snacks to whip, here are the Punjabi delicacies you can make within 15 minutes.
To make masala papad, you can simply heat a papad and top it with chopped vegetables, shredded paneer, and spices.
Be it bread pakora or vegetable pakoras; you can quickly make a besan batter and deep fry to get a crispy snack.
Papdi chat is also quick to make. Just mix dahi with spices, add papdi and garnish with sev and pomegranate.
To make crispy aloo tikki, you can make a mixture of mashed potatoes, chopped onions, and spices and shallow fry the patties.
