Oatmeal offers a host of benefits. It's rich in fibre, promotes digestion and long-lasting fullness. With complex carbohydrates, it provides sustained energy. Oatmeal can be customized with various toppings, making it a satisfying and wholesome choice for breakfast or snacks.
Cook rolled oats in milk. Add a pinch of salt and sweeten with honey or maple syrup. Top with your favourite fruits.
In a jar, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, and a sweetener of your choice. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Have with berries next morning.
Blend oats, milk, a ripe banana, a handful of chocolate, and a tablespoon of nut butter.
