Sambhar, the lentil stew is loved by one and all, but have you tried these versions of this South Indian delicacy?  

Mix Vegetable Sambhar 

This combination of dal and vegetables packed with flavours and nutrients goes well for all three meals.

Buttermilk Sambhar

The addition of buttermilk in the sambhar along with roasted chana dal gives it a North Indian touch. 

Arachuvitta Sambhar 

This variation is made with lentils, vegetables and freshly ground masala goes perfect with steamed rice. 

Kerala Ulli Sambhar 

This vintage ambhar made with brinjal along with lentils and masalas is all time favourite of Indians. 

Mango Sambhar
