If you love eating chaat, but you are diet consious, then you do not need to worry. We have the perfect middle ground for you. Make this dahi makhana chaat and enjoy it guilt-free.
A bowl of makhana Half bowl curd Ghee Pomegranate seeds Chaat masala Black salt Sweet chutney Chopped onion Green chillies Sev
In a pan, heat ghee and roast the makhanas for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
Transfer the makhana in a bowl and add curd, powdered spices, onion and chillies to it. Mix everything.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds, chutney and sev. Enjoy your healthy chaat.
