Foolproof Eggless Mayo Recipe To Make In Minutes

By now, we know that homemade food is always better than artificial, and that applies to Mayonnaise too. But if you're not comfortable with using raw eggs or would just prefer a vegetarian option, this simple creamy and flavourful recipe is for you! 

Ingredients

250 ml milk 150 ml vegetable oil  Salt and pepper to taste 1 garlic clove (optional) 1 tsp mustard (optional) Finely minced parsley (optional)

Step 1

In a large bowl or container add your mustard and garlic clove (if using).

Step 2

Next pour in all the milk and then add the oil. 

Step 3

Season with salt and pepper, add less than you think you'll need as you can always add more later.

Step 4

With an immersion blender, start blending the mixture together, starting at the bottom and working up.

Step 5

When it's thick and creamy, add the spring onions and adjust the seasoning. Enjoy!
