1 cup curd 1 tbsp ghee 1 tsp cumin seeds 3 cloves garlic 1 dry red chilli Pinch of hing Handful of curry leaves ¼ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let it splutter. Now, add minced garlic and curry leaves.

Saute everything well. Now, add red chili powder, turmeric powder and turn off the flame.

Take a bowl of curd and add salt to it. Mix well.

Now, add the tempering over the curd and mix everything together. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
