Whether you choose to serve this delicious mix of flavours and textures with chips, vegetable crudites or warm bread – a layered dip is an unmatched crowd favourite. From creamy to crunchy, savoury and spicy, relishing this dip alongside a cocktail in hand, is nothing short of an experience.
1 cup sour cream 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated 1 avocado ½ cucumber, chopped ½ tomato, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 jalapeno, chopped 1 tablespoon chopped coriander 1 cup crushed nacho chips 1 cup salsa Salt and pepper, to taste
Mash the avocado with the chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, jalapeno, coriander and some salt-pepper.
Transfer evenly on the bottom of a see-through bowl, followed by the sour cream and grated cheddar.
Top up with salsa and crushed nacho chips – before allowing to set in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
Serve with snacking accompaniments of choice.
