These 5-ingredient multigrain cookies will satisfy your sweet desire without making you feel guilty. They're a tasty and healthy alternative that's also simple to prepare.
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of multigrain flour, 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil, and 1/4 cup of maple syrup.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well to form a dough.
Shape the dough into cookies and place them in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Let them cool before enjoying your guilt-free, nutritious multigrain cookies.
