1 cup milk 1 cup cream ½ cup milk powder ½ cup sugar 2 tbsp saffron water 1 cup mango pulp
Add milk, cream, sugar, and milk powder in a blender.
Blend the ingredients into a thick paste.
In another jar, blend the mango pulp to turn it into a thick paste.
Blend it again with the milk and cream concoction.
Add saffron water to darken the colour of the ice cream.
Freeze the blend overnight with a garnish of mango pulp on top. Enjoy!
