Pckle or achaar as commonly known is one ingredient that makes any Indian dish complete. To be offered with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you can eat it whenever you want. Pickle completes a meal.
Nearly all Indian kitchens has nimbu ka achar. It goes great with any meal whether you serve it with rice, puri, or paratha. You may choose whether it's sweet or sour, but either way, it makes you want to lick your fingers.
Different diced vegetables, such as carrot, raw mango, lemon, chillies, garlic, ker, ginger, and the like, are included in a mixed pickle together with oil, mustard seeds, turmeric, chilli, salt, and fenugreek powder.
If you are from India, you know how special this pickle is and specially during summer. It is often considered as the King of Pickles and prepared in every household. If not prepared a readymade version is available.
Well, gajar ka achar is what makes winter so charming. It is made during the winter and is great for eyes. The carrot pickle is quite spicy and acidic in Andhra Pradesh.
Is it even possible to discuss pickles without mentioning chilli pickles? After being filled with a spice mixture, the red chilli is combined with jaggery, oil, and salt. Voila! The pickled red chilies are prepared.
