Pckle or achaar as commonly known is one ingredient that makes any Indian dish complete. To be offered with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you can eat it whenever you want. Pickle completes a meal. 

Nimbu ka Achar 

Nearly all Indian kitchens has nimbu ka achar. It goes great with any meal whether you serve it with rice, puri, or paratha. You may choose whether it's sweet or sour, but either way, it makes you want to lick your fingers.   

Mixed Achar 

Different diced vegetables, such as carrot, raw mango, lemon, chillies, garlic, ker, ginger, and the like, are included in a mixed pickle together with oil, mustard seeds, turmeric, chilli, salt, and fenugreek powder.

Gajar ka Achar 

Well, gajar ka achar is what makes winter so charming. It is made during the winter and is great for eyes. The carrot pickle is quite spicy and acidic in Andhra Pradesh.
