Flour is the main ingredient, so using just wheat flour doesn’t give a stretchy consistency, hence use only the all-purpose flour with some oil.
Take lukewarm water and mix a spoon of yeast and let it rest. Then add the yeast while making the dough and fold it gently
Yoghurt gives naan the much-needed softness so add the yoghurt and let it rest after kneading the dough.
Add some zing to by simply rubbing a masala paste or garlic paste over the dough once it is ready.
The trick is to cook naan on high flame. Throw the naan over it with some ghee, flip the pan and let it face the flame directly.
