Applying a paste made of almonds and milk can be soothing for tired, fatigued eyes. Eat a few almonds soaked in water every morning to protect eyes from cell damage.
Constipation could be one of the reasons for puffy eyes. Having foods rich in fibre will help to improve the digestive system and restore freshness and vitality in the eyes.
Fruits rich in water help to hydrate the body, ease under eye fatigue and reduce puffiness. Strawberries and oranges can be eaten to up the body's water content.
Placing tea bags on the eyes is a quick remedy for soothing tired eyes. Having a cup of green tea also provides cleansing antioxidants which induce freshness that brightens the eyes.
