200 gm chicken Salt to taste 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tsp black pepper 3 tbsp yogurt 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste Handful of Mint Handful of coriander

Marinate chicken using lemon juice, black pepper, curd, and ginger garlic paste. Let it set for 30 mins.

Heat oil in a pan. Add whole black pepper and cinnamon stick.

Also, add bay leaf, cardamom, chopped garlic, and chopped chilies. Saute well.

Add chicken and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Cook chicken on low flame until it turns brown.

Add 1 tbsp corn flour, black pepper and water. Add a little water and cook. Serve when done!
