Serve a cool and tangy appetizer with this dish. Thinly slice a cucumber, then spread a thin layer of garlic hummus atop each slice, as well as pickled red peppers and feta crumbles. Starting at one end, roll the cucumber slice into itself and pin in place with a toothpick.
