Paneer-based desserts hold a special place in Indian cuisine. The chenna derived from paneer has a mild sour flavour that enhances the sweet flavour and comes out beautifully. To bring a festive flair to your dessert platter, make these paneer desserts.  

Sandesh  

Crumbled paneer is mixed with cardamom and sugar, then pressed into moulds.  

Paneer Burfi  

Grated paneer, sugar, and cardamom powder are cooked until thick, then frozen into burfis.  

Kalakand  

Paneer is crumbled, then cooked in ghee with sugar, lemon juice, and cardamom to make easy kalakand.  

Chenna Murki  

Crumbled paneer is flavoured and turned into a dough, then shaped into balls or cubes.  

Paneer Jalebi  

Mashed paneer is mixed with flour to make jalebi batter for crispy and soft jalebis.
