Easy to make and ready with minimum fuss, these vegetarian kebabs are a delight to the taste buds. From hara bhara to corn, here’s all you can try at home.
The base of these veg seekh kebabs are potatoes, mixed with chopped vegetables like onions and carrots. The richness comes from fried cashew nuts and grated cheese.
Dice potatoes into small cubes and marinate them in lemon juice, curd, ginger-garlic paste and mustard oil. Grill on skewers and enjoy the bite-sized treats.
Another one made with potatoes, this has the goodness of corn and cheese in it too. The soft and creamy filling of these deep-fried kebabs are crowd-pleasers.
A tangy and smooth stuffing, made of yoghurt and paneer, these kebabs have a slightly sweet taste. Pair with pudina chutney and onions to enjoy the most.
Take spinach, capsicum, peas and all veggies that you can think of. Mash them and shape into round kebabs. Shallow fry on a pan and eat with mint chutney.
