Consistency
Not too thin neither too thick, the consistency of the curry can be affected due to use of packaged, synthetic products. Try to use as much of fresh puree or paste.
Garam Masala
The secret too good flavour is to add garam masala in the end, instead of early. When the curry is almost done, check taste and then add the garam masala.
Patience
Especially needed when making a curry, don’t hurry up the process. Cook your curry on low to medium flame for a while, for the ingredients to cook well.
