Who said all Punjabi snacks need a lot of time to prepare? If you are looking to pair something with your evening tea, here are some Punjabi snacks that you can make in just 15 minutes.
Be it bread pakora or vegetable pakoras; you can quickly make a besan batter and deep fry the coated veggie to get a crispy snack.
To make masala papad, you can simply heat a papad and top it with chopped vegetables, shredded paneer, and spices.
To make crispy aloo tikki, you can make a mixture of mashed potatoes, chopped onions, and spices and shallow fry the patties.
Papdi chat is also quick to make. Just mix dahi with spices, add papdi and garnish with sev and pomegranate.
Besan cheela is not only quick to make but is also super healthy, especially when mixed with chopped vegetables.
