Ice cream and alcohol could become your favourite pairing this summer if you try this incredible chocolate beer float. Beer complements the sweetness and creaminess of the ice cream perfectly in this boozy summer drink and the best part is that the beverage comes together fairly quickly.

Ingredients

475 g of chocolate ice cream 1 cup stout beer (like Guinness) Chocolate syrup Whipped cream Chocolate shavings or sprinkles

Step 1

Place 2-3 scoops of chocolate ice cream in a tall glass.

Step 2

Slowly pour stout beer over the ice cream. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.

Step 3

Add whipped cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.

Step 4

Serve immediately with a straw and a spoon.
