1 serving of noodles 2 tbsp. chopped green onion 2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped 1/2 tsp. white pepper 1 tsp. dashi powder 1.5 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. sesame oil 2 cups of noodle water
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Save 2-3 cups of the hot noodle water.
In a bowl, mix green onion, cilantro, white pepper, and dashi powder. Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the bowl.
Pour the hot noodle water into the bowl. Add the cooked noodles to the bowl.
Optionally, finish with a drizzle of chilli oil.
