4 eggs 1 1/2 cup greek yogurt 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup coconut sugar or 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (Optional)
Start by separating egg yolks and egg whites in a bowl. Beat egg whites till you see peaks.
In a bowl, add Greek yogurt, egg yolks as well as baking soda. Add any sweetener if you want.
Mix everything together. Slowly, add in the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites and fold everything together.
Transfer the batter into a prepared pan and bake it for 25 to 30 mins at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.
When done, let the cheesecake cool down and refrigerate it for a few hours. Slice and enjoy!
