1 cup whole wheat flour 1 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 teaspoon ajwain seeds 2 tablespoons melted ghee Water, for kneading Salt, to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead until you have a soft dough.
Rest for 15-20 minutes before dividing into equal portions and rolling each one into a thick disc.
Cook for 3-4 minutes over medium heat on a hot pan, on one side before flipping and cooking further for 2 more minutes.
Spread a generous layer of ghee or oil on the cooked bhakri before serving hot.
