Soak black channa overnight and pressure cook them. Cut onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Add them to the channa and season them with salt, pepper, chat masala and lemon juice

Soak Kabuli Channa overnight and pressure cook them. Grate carrots, radishes, turnips and beetroot. Cut Onions, and tomatoes and season them with salt, pepper, chat masala and lemon juice
