4 tbsp soaked basmati rice 8 tbsp sugar 2 cups milk (full fat) 1 tbsp ghee (optional) 1/2 tsp cardamom powder (optional) Handful of nuts
In a blender, add rice and 1 cup milk. Grind everything together.
Add the rice mixture to a bowl. Meanwhile, heat 1 cup milk.
Add the rice mixture to the boiling milk and keep stirring it.
Add chopped nuts if required and let the mixture cook for 17 to 20 minutes.
Add sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well. Add ghee if required.
Serve it in a bowl and enjoy!
