Protein bars don't have to be complicated because you can make them at home with just three pantry staples. The bars are flavourful, easy to prepare, and pack a lot of protein ideal for boosting your fitness goals.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter (crunchy texture) 1 cup protein powder 1/4 cup honey

Step 1

All ingredients should be thoroughly mixed in a bowl.

Step 2

Place the mixture into a baking dish that has been lined.

Step 3

After an hour in the refrigerator, cut into bars and enjoy.
