3 Ingredient Coconut Fudge For A Christmas Treat

Snowy white and richly sweet, this simple 3 ingredient coconut fudge is the perfect addition to any holiday menu. Here’s how to make it at home.

Ingredients

250 gms white chocolate chips 120 ml sweetened full-fat condensed milk (at room temperature) 25 g unsweetened shredded coconut, plus extra for topping

Step 1

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and condensed milk. Heat in 15-30 second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.

Step 2

Stir in shredded coconut until evenly combined. Spread the mixture into a greased or parchment lined baking tin.

Step 3

Use a spatula to even out the fudge, tapping the pan to remove air bubbles. Sprinkle additional coconut on top.

Step 4

Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm. Bring to room temperature before cutting with a sharp knife. Store leftover fudge in the fridge or freezer.
