When you wake up in the morning, you are already going through a long to-do list for the day. Imagine if you think about what to cook for breakfast. Hence, this 3-ingredient chia pudding is what you need.
1 tsp honey or maple syrup 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 cup milk
Soak chia seeds with milk overnight.
In the morning, drizzle honey or maple syrup.
The pudding is ready for breakfast.
If you have a couple of minutes, cut the berries.
Add berries and other fresh fruits on top and enjoy!
