200g butter (at room temperature) 90g powdered sugar 240g refined flour or maida

Take a mixing bowl and add softened butter and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add maida to the mixture and mix well until everything gets incorporated, and a dough is formed.

Take a small portion of the dough and make small balls. Flatten them and place them on the prepared baking tray.

Bake at 180C for 15 to 20 minutes. Bake and enjoy!
