Ingredients

1 cup ragi flour ½ cup wheat flour Salt to taste Warm water, as needed Ghee or oil for cooking

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine ragi flour, wheat flour, and salt. Gradually add warm water and knead into a soft dough.

Step 2

Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into balls. Flatten each ball into a round roti using a rolling pin and dust with flour to prevent sticking.

Step 3

Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Place the rolled roti on the heated tawa and cook for a minute or until small bubbles appear.
