Thepla Dough Ingredients:
4 cups Wheat Flour
2 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
Methi Ajwain Thepla
Roughly chop methi and add before you make a dough. Prepare dough, roll it and toast it with some desi ghee. Serve hot with curd or pickle
Mulli ka Thepla
Grate Mulli and remove excess water. Add ginger and green chillies. Roll the thepla dough and fill it with the prepared mixture. Toast it with desi ghee and the most unique thepla is ready
Palak Thepla
Blanch palak and prepare a paste. Add it to your dough and prepare the theplas. Serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce
