Curd Salt
Take a drainer and place muslin cloth. Add curd and drain out the excess water.
When the curd has no water, add salt to it and whisk it properly. Whisk until it is nice and creamy.
Put the mixture into the fridge and let it set for at least 3 to 4 hours.
When done, have this easy cheese spread with bread, toast or anything that you like!
