Kothu parotta is Tamil Nadu’s delicacy which is a must-try for every foodie. It is a dry recipe that you can pair with any of your favourite gravy and enjoy. Here is how you can make it at home.
1 tsp ginger & garlic 4-5 parotta 2 tbsp oil ¾ cup onion, tomatoes 7-8 curry leaves ¼ cup water 1 chopped green chilli ½ tsp garam masala, salt ½ tsp red chilli powder, fennel powder ¼ tsp turmeric, mustard seeds 2 tbsp coriander leaves 1 cup kurma
Start parottas into bite-sized pieces. This activity is fun.
Saute mustard seeds in hot oil and add curry leaves, garlic, ginger, onions, and chillies.
Once onions are transparent, add tomatoes and other spices.
Garnish with coriander leaves and pour water along with kurma.
Drop in parotta pieces and let the ingredients cook on a low flame.
Serve this delightful dish with your favourite gravy or raita.
