Discover the ultimate recipe for Chicken Parantha, a delicious blend of spicy chicken keema encased in a crispy, golden paratha. Perfect for breakfast or lunch, pair it with dahi ka raita, acchar, or chutney for a satisfying meal.
250g Boneless chicken 1 tsp Ginger and garlic paste Crushed red chili to taste 1/4 tsp Paprika powder (optional) 1/2 tsp Cumin powder 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1-2 pinches Turmeric (haldi powder)
Salt to taste 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder 1/3 cup Yogurt (dahi) 1-2 tbsp Oil 1 cup Refined flour 1 cup Wheat flour (gandum ka atta) 1/2 tsp Salt Water as required
Marinate the chicken in all the spices and yogurt for 30 minutes. Cook and shred the marinated chicken; mix in onion, chili, and coriander.
Sieve wheat flour and refined flour, add salt, and knead with water until smooth. Rest the dough for 15 minutes, then divide into equal balls.
Roll out two dough balls, place chicken stuffing on one, and cover with the other. Seal the edges and cook the paratha on a tawa until golden brown.
