15 Minute Peanut Noodles, The Ultimate 'Girl Dinner' Fix

Indulge in the delightful flavours of quick and easy peanut noodles for a satisfying lunch or dinner! This recipe combines the creaminess of peanut butter with a zesty kick, making it a mouthwatering favourite.

Ingredients

100 gm hakka or rice noodles ⅓ cup peanut butter 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tsp honey 1 clove garlic, minced ½ ttsp grated ginger 2 green onions, sliced ¼ cup chopped peanuts Crushed red pepper flakes (optional) Fresh cilantro (optional)

Step 1

Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

Step 2

In a bowl, whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger until smooth.

Step 3

Toss cooked noodles with the peanut sauce until fully coated.

Step 4

Garnish with green onions, chopped peanuts, and optional red pepper flakes and cilantro.

Step 5

Optionally, top with a boiled egg and serve immediately.
