One-pan breakfasts are a great way to whip up a quick and easy meal that doesn't require much effort or clean-up. Here are ten delicious and satisfying one-pan breakfasts that you can make in a jiffy.
Toss sliced potatoes, diced bell peppers, sliced onions, and bacon on a sheet pan or skillet. Roast in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Crack eggs onto the pan and bake until eggs are set.
Sauté chopped onions, garlic, and bell peppers in a skillet. Add diced tomatoes, paprika, cumin, and chilli powder. Make wells in the mixture and crack eggs into them. Cover and cook until the eggs are set.
Rinse poha and set aside. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, onions, and green chillies. Add the rinsed poha and cook until it is soft and fluffy. Garnish with roasted peanuts and cilantro.
Cut bread into small cubes and sauté with mustard seeds, curry leaves, peas onions, green chilies, and turmeric powder in a pan. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until the bread is toasted. Garnish with dhania.
Sauté diced potatoes and onions in a skillet. Add diced ham or bacon and cook until crispy. Crack eggs over the mixture and cover until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
Grease a muffin tin and crack eggs into the cups. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until the eggs are set. Serve with diced avocado and salsa.
Brown breakfast sausage in a skillet. Push the sausage to one side and crack an egg into the pan. Cook until the egg is set. Serve on a toasted English muffin with cheese.
