1-Ingredient Potato Chips: Crunchy And Delicious

Potato chips are our go-to snack and we, can have it at literally anytime. Could you ever thought that you can make crispy and crunchy potato chips with just 1-ingredient? All you need is one large potato and you are done. Here’s how you can these potato chips at home. 

Ingredients

1 large potato  Pinch of salt (optional)

Step 1

First boil the potato and mash them in a bowl. 

Step 2

Sieve the mashed potato using a chalni so that it can get smooth. 

Step 3

Transfer the potato mixture in a piping bag.  

Step 4

Take a tray and put a baking paper over it. Pipe very small portions on the paper and press it using glass.

Step 5

Bake them for 10 to 12 minutes for 145 degrees and take out when done. 

Step 6

Serve with a chutney or dip of your choice.
