Ingredients for Sri Lanka Fish Cutlet Balls Recipe
20 gram Salmon fish
As required Water
As required Salt
1/10 teaspoon pepper powder
0.15 teaspoon garam masala
0.60 tablespoon chopped garlic
0.30 tablespoon chopped ginger
0.40 No.s chopped green chillies
1/5 No.s chopped onion
1/10 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/5 No.s egg
1/5 cup bread crumbs

step 1
STEP 1.1 in a pan take fish, a little water, salt, pepper powder, garam masala.
step 2
STEP 2.2 mix it well and cover and cook till the water dries.
step 3
STEP 3.3 once cooked, take the fish out on a plate and shred with a spoon.

STEP 4.4 heat some oil in another pan and add garlic, ginger, green chillies and chopped onion to it.

STEP 5.5 saute it till onions turn light brown.
step 6
STEP 6.6 add fish and cook for a few minutes.

STEP 7.7 add salt, ¼ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp garam masala and red chilli powder.

STEP 8.8 mix well and cook for a while and then turn off the flame and take the mixture out on a plate.

STEP 9.9 take an egg and whisk it well and combine the masala.
step 10
STEP 10.10 form a cutlet with your masala using your hands.

STEP 11.11 dip the cutlet in egg and cover with the bread crumbs.

STEP 12.12 heat some oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets in it until they turn golden brown.
